1. Even though I priced my Isopropyl Alcohol way below similar SOLD items, some of my items were REMOVED by ebay (after BUYER paid).
2. Other items, (which cost MORE than those of mine that were REMOVED for "costing too much") are, surprisingly, being allowed to ship.
However, I want to REVERSE ALL TRANSACTIONS: BOTH 1 & 2 listed above. EVERYTHING!
For #1 above, there are no buttons/options/drop-downs for me to cancel/refund their money (their payments are listed in PayPal).
For #2. above, there are also no buttons/options/drop-downs for me to cancel/refund their payment (payment shows in PayPal) AND EBAY DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO VOID THEIR LABELS--I have *NOT* shipped the items: only printed the labels. I would have assumed VOIDing the labels was the first step in being able to cancel/refund.
How do these 1 & 2 get cancelled & refunded? Does the BUYER have to do this from their end? Do REMOVED items get refunded automatically within 72 hours by ebay themselves? Does the BUYER have to fill out a claim?
The #1. BUYERS (REMOVED) say they can't even see the item listed, so they can't cancel/ask for a refund.
I don't want to issue a Refund via PayPal, and not be able to take care of the outstanding ebay fees and various and sundries.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I really got myself in over my head on this one ... especially, thinking I could easily ship "flammables" (rubbing alcohol).

If you printed a Fed Ex label, there is no need to VOID the label. That is why the option isn't there. ebay is the shipper of record if you use Fed Ex for shipping, and the charge for the label doesn't happen until the package is scanned. If you don't use the label to ship, you won't be charged. Log into Paypal to refund your buyer.

It doesn't matter the price ... price gouging and profiteering on essential items in a state of emergency is illegal, against eBay policies and a shameful way to treat people who are vulnerable.

eBay cancelled for you. If there is a refund problem, the buyers can file claims.

eBay and PayPal fees will be taken care of. When you have a product violation like this, you are charged fees and the fees are not refundable.

You are already out any fees....
So make it as simple as possible and just refund the entire paid amounts through the PayPal "issue a refund" section on the paypal page that the buyer originally paid for the item.
ALWAYS include a message stating that the refund is being given because eBay has declared the item to be prohibited.

I have NOT shipped yet, but there is no way for me to Refund/Cancel. Should I ask them to do it?
Yes, as a seller can neither cancel nor refund after eBay has removed your listing, but your buyers can start Item Not Received refund requests when the item is removed, either for the seller to refund immediately with no defect, or for eBay to force a refund after 3 business days with a defect.
@jenandrews02 wrote:No tracking info was sent and eBay messaged on 4/8 saying they had removed the listing. The seller said the items would be shipped but would take 10-15 days (misrepresented location of items that were actually coming from China).
By 4/12 no tracking and the seller said they were waiting on more inventory and I could wait or they would issue a refund. I asked for a refund. The seller cancelled the order and said they refunded my money.4/17, still no refund, and the cancelled items showed as pending, waiting on me to take action. The only actions I was given were “I didn’t pay for this item” or “refund received” so I opened a refund request for item not received.
