Not sure what to do. Have a VOIDED shipping label from March 17-2020 Which was voided immediately after printing it & realized I had not added shipcover ins-- Have not yet received the refund from USPS. The tracking shows the label was not used & shows the 2nd tracking being delivered as it should. It has now been almost 2 months & there is no refund from USPS. (Have received more recent refunds for same thing) What are my options to receive this refund?? I don't see anywhere on the 'manage shipping labels' or community help page that addresses this problem. I am guessing the miss is possibly due to the fact it happend in the middle of the COVID19 crisis when personnel may have not been working. Please Help!!!

It can take up to 20 business days in a good month to get one refunded...with the covid going on, much later I expect

If the label was Priority mail, it shouldn't have been taking this long to get a refund. Pretty sure it's due to the COVID19 crisis going on.
