Voided Shipping label

Can someone tell me how do I get my money back for a voided shipping label? I Voided it on 1/24. I should have my refund by now right? This is so crazy. I can't call Customer Service. Where did they go????

No it can take 30 days maybe even a bit more. You'll get it eventually.

It's really hard to get it a hold of eBay you have to use the chat feature and keep asking it to request a call back and sometimes the option will pop up. A lot of people like to use the eBay for business Facebook messaging system to get a hold of someone.

With USPS, it can take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, eBay funds, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification. You may have received it already - did you check @collinschrisbks ?

You won't get notification of the refund being processed. You just need to check your account.

I have been checking every day and nothing, and I cannot contact anyone about it.

Was the label a USPS label (or UPS/Fedex)? 

Did you go into 'shipping' and 'void' the label?

Thank you all for your responses. I been checking and nothing. I will keep waiting. It has been more than 30 days now. It just amazes me that it takes so long.....What has happened to service?   WOW!!!!!

I understand! I was just asking because it seems like it is taking a long time. Service has gone down the drain and no one cares.

I voided a shipping label on Jan 27,  I received The refund on Feb 13.

Have you called the carrier? The carrier has your money, not eBay.

Depends on if it was UPS/Fedex or USPS.....

also depends on if the OP actually 'voided' it through 'shipping labels'. 

If USPS, ebay has NO control over it so trying the contact them would have netted nothing anyway.

I thought it was automatic from Ebay since it was purchased though Ebay. I will call the PO.

Why does that matter? It's all the same process. You hit the void option and wait for the refund. Timeline for refund is same for all carriers.

Contacting USPS won't get you anywhere @collinschrisbks . If the void has not come through after 4 full weeks, contact eBay customer service, not USPS.

Just to confirm: the tracking number doesn't show any tracking scans, correct? If there are any scans then the void request will be denied.
