On April 20th 2020 I voided a USPS shipping label, how long does it take to get a refund on a voided (unused) shipping label ?? It's been 11 days and NO refund for the unused label. Must be the USPS is still using crank phones & telegraph service. This delay is shameful it's no wonder they are broke, another thing, twice this year my package was smashed and after many weeks of delay neither insurance claim was paid and this was after the Post Master here called them for the proper forms and all data information pertaining to the shipments were submitted to the claim service. If a package is insured and insurance is paid for why can't a claim be paid if prompt notification with all required information is made? If this is the USPS business model, how long are they going to be operating. bubba

It can take up to 21 days to receive a refund on a voided label.

That makes sense, take your $$ in a click of the mouse and refund a customer when you get to it, a very poor service at best. bubba

Getting your refund in 21 days is not a solution it's a joke. bubba

They need to make sure the label was not used. It can take up to 21 days but it will be refunded

I'm sure no one would take advantage of an instant refund and then use the label anyway. It isn't poor service, it is smart service.

Has anyone waited past the 14-21 days and found a way to contact someone who can help process the refund? I voided a label 34 days ago, I did a chat with ebay and they said they have no control over the issue (??).

I'm also past 21 days and still waiting for my voided label refund. Has anyone found someone to contact who's been able to help speed up the refund process?

Thank you! I found it more helpful searching thru the Community Discussion than the Ebay Chat when I have issues.
