Unable to print return label

I am attempting to return an item but I am unable to print the shipping label.

I can print the packing slip but not the shipping label.

Here are some options to print the return label, in decreasing order:

1. Install Adobe Reader 7.0 from here, a really old PDF app that doesn't block you from printing the return label.

2. Pay for the full version of Adobe Acrobat to print the return label.

3. Wait for eBay to fix the return labels service.

4. Print a low-resolution screenshot, which USPS can't scan.
