Last two days I've used the bulk shipping tool to print my labels as usual. The next step after printing labels would be to generate and print the SCAN form. However yesterday and today it does not give me an option to generate the SCAN form, and that page also doesn't show the usual previous 7 generated forms as well.
I can't seem to find any alternative ways to generate a SCAN form. Any ideas? Anyone else having this issue?

@super!shop Yes, it's resolved for me. I messaged eBay for Business on Facebook, they added my user details to an open ticket on it, and it was fixed for me a couple days after that. Of course I'm shocked it's still an ongoing issue, and weird that it's 'per user' broken.

I am still not able to print scan forms. Contacted merchant support again and the agent informed me no update on the known issue. They will raise it with eBay management. In the mean time, I started printing a second copy of the labels on paper and included a package of labels to scans in place of the carrier having to go through bins of packages to scan. Hopes this helps. Looking into community history you will find multiple issues raised with printing scan forms. Would hope eBay monitors the community and sees they need a more reliable system.

Problem addressed. I am now able to print scan forms as of today. I can only think they got to my userid in the ticket and addressed the issue. If eBay sees this as an on-going issue, as seen from the number of community forum threads on this topic, we'd like to understand if there is a means to prevent this from reoccurring. All I can advise others to do is contact merchant support and submit your userid if you experience this problem.

I have no been able to get scan sheets all week. I took our advice and just sent a message to that facebook page so hopefully I get the same success.

Scan forms seem to be beyond the control of eBay's managers and tech people. You can find years worth of issues with them in the forum archives. Here's one from July of 2014:

@argy_eyes Well, the issue is fixed for me, and has been for quite some time now.
If any others are still experiencing the issue, or are newly experiencing it, I would suggest what worked for me and others is to message eBay for Business on Facebook and provide the account name/email address of the account with the issue and it seems they are fixing it per-account pretty quickly within a couple days for most, which really isn't horrible.

[It's a shame this can't be fixed globally. And though it never happens, an explanation from eBay would go a long way toward patching things up with sellers.]
