USPS receiving and delivery issues in FL due to Seminole Processing

So were located in Florida, were having issues with all our USPS packages shipping out in our case from the east coast, and going to a processing center in Seminole and not getting delivered to the customer but instead being sent literally all over the country instead of where they are suppose to go. Same goes for incoming packages, they are processing through this Seminole center then getting sent off elsewhere and not arriving to us. Any other Florida shippers businesses here having this same problem?

Have you contacted the local Sectional Center Facility with the post office to see if this is a known problem? You can locate the SCF's phone number by calling your local post office and asking them for the SCF number.

I assume this is happening with sporadic packages and not all of them. Could be a single truck has been misdirected, or possibly an employee down in Florida does not know how to ready English and is sending the packages to the wrong places.

Anything is possible with the post office.

The vast majority of packages shipped are processed without "an employee" needing to read anything.

Just like letters, packages are processed electronically.
