Hi. I'm a noob buyer from South Korea.
I bought something on April 2nd. And it was shipped on April 3rd.
It was USPS First Class. But USPS Tracking site shows me shipping label created for 3 days.
Well, I sent a message to seller. And seller told me there was an issue with shipping label, and it was getting fixed.
And there's another tracking number appeared in my order.
So I waited a week, but It keep shows me shipping label created. So I sent message again.
After weekend, seller told me that the seller's office couldn't help to find it so seller filled out a missing mail search request form in online.
It would take 7 days, and he promised If worst situation comes he will get my money back.
And 4 days have passed. Is there any possibility to get my item?
I really want my item, but it looks hopeless.
I don't have experience like this. Because I'm not living in US.
I need some advice. Help me please.
1st tracking number: 9400109699939850657416
2nd tracking number: 9449009699939851456263

Hi,
some times its happens seller does mistake in printing label and print another label but it should not take so much longer, if seller says wait 7 days than you should wait for 7 days and get your money back if you no receive the item, or it can be also possible seller don't want ship the item, or he is out of stock for the item, but he may discover later after printing label so he want you to wait till you ask him for cancellation and for money. so if you really frustrated just ask him for cancellation and your full refund if the item is not in transit.
please do not be upset, just hold on ,some times its happen.

Nothing is missing. Both tracking numbers do not indicate anything being shipped in the first place ... the tracking simply is a place-holder should the seller actually ship your purchase.

Yes it does. I'm sorry ... I realize you want this item ... but this indeed looks like this seller is not going to ship it to you (they may be out of stock, they may be a bad seller, they may have logistics problems, or they may be a drop shipper). You can continue to wait and hope, and perhaps the seller will actually ship ... but do not wait any longer than 30 days past your delivery date to take action.
To get a refund, you can (a) request the seller cancel the order due to being out of stock, or (b) you can file an "item not received" claim as soon as you are past eBay's expected delivery date ... but no later than 30 days after the item was to have arrived.
