Mississippi

2-17-21

Effective Thursday, Feb. 18, retail and delivery units within the three-digit ZIP Codes starting with 386, 387, 388 and 389 will be temporarily closed until further notice. There will be no retail service and no mail delivery.

No mail for me again. They were going day by day, now I see it's until further notice.

Gonna be 55 on Sunday and 60 Monday, so we should have mail service by Monday.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Luckily, no. We didn't get freezing rain, we got sleet with a little bit of snow on top. Most of the freezing rain was to the south of us.

Re: USPS Service Disruptions

We have essentially the same situation.

In Kentucky.

Roads are clear. Ice on sidewalks.

no official notice, but Mail has been sporadic for last two weeks & none at all the past several days.

My partner has twice gone to the post office, which is open, but not really close.

Just to send low dollar eBay items.

Wondering what eBay's policy will be???

With items not picked up for going on two weeks?

Any help is appreciated.

yes, I read the announcements.

Somehow, I don't think eBay will cut us a break if items aren't picked up for two weeks.

Set yourself on time away with an extended handling time, or hide your listings completely.

I am set to come back 21 Feb - we should be okay by then. I can extend it if necessary.  My ship date for the things I've sold this week is 22 Feb. If I can ship tomorrow, I will, but I seriously doubt we'll have mail. The roads are still horrendous out here.  It's going to be in the 40s tomorrow and 50s Sunday, so we should be fine by Monday...when it will be almost 60 and back to normal.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
