I think I'll just put my stores on vacation for 20th thru 26th or change my handling to 5 days or maybe both.
I see nothing but problems with buyers not receiving their stuff because of the weather and it's too late
for the stuff mailed Saturday or today.

In the past eBay has extended seller protections based on weather delays. Blizzards, hurricanes, floods, etc. I expect eBay will do so again since a large portion of the US is or soon will be dealing with extreme winter storms.
Hopefully buyers will be patient and understanding.
I will not be closing my store. I usually get a few sales Christmas Eve and Christmas day.
Best wishes and good luck to you!

But eBay makes adjustments and allowances for sellers in affected areas after-the-fact, based on info about who has been affected, and by then there can be many angry buyers.
IMHO it's prudent to take initiative and either use "Time away" or at least extend your handling time, when widespread bad weather is forecast. And this isn't just about sellers in affected areas -- it applies to all sellers because you could get buyers in affected areas, or encounter transportation delays due to disrupted air travel for your packages. eBay's weather-related accommodations for sellers are usually only to exempt them from on-time shipping standards.

I think you've been spooked by receiving those recent red donuts.
Those current buyers are spoiled brats.
Block both of those User ID's.
eBay usually gives sellers breaks during foul weather, I say keep going.
Have you tried sending a Feedback revision request to those 2 angry buyers?
Full disclosure:
I stop selling during the holiday season.
Good luck

No matter what we do some buyers are going off the rails if their mail is a day late.
Rethinking, I'll just adjust the handling time so I don't have to go to the PO till Tuesday.
No matter what you do, somebody will be angry and unreasonable.

Tough to do when you're selling ornaments...

Take a few days off if you are tired and need a break. But before you do, call ebay and ask them to remove both of those negatives. If the buyer got exactly what you wrote in the ad, the negative HAS TO BE REMOVED. The other person is an obvious moron. That negative needed to be given to ebay , not you. Speak with a supervisor. Don't let them convince you that the buyer is entitled to their opinion. Goodluck.

I'll do that at some point. Both negs are from the same moron.
