I send out small flat emblems all the time in an Ebay branded card board envelope 4 x 6. the other day I was given the option of First Class envelope which cost me $1.08 to ship. I read the requirements and I fell perfectly into the minimums and maximums and weight to ship this way but now can't duplicate that same scenario without paying $4.05 for the same envelope.
How did I do that or how can I get that back under the First Class option?
thanks

Was the second item in the same category as the first item? eBay Standard Envelope is only available for items listed in certain categories (even if the item can fit in a regular envelope, if it isn't in one of eBay's ESE approved categories, it won't give you the option of eBay Standard Envelope in the list of shipping options.)

Isn't that a good tracking number for eBay standard envelope? Sounds to me like you did well, if it says that.

I believe it is but how do I get the option of the standard envelope on my other auctions? I
don't see anywhere to obtain that or what to change to obtain it. thanks

If your item falls into the correct catagory (and is listed in the correct category too) you should be able to select it in your shipping options. For a while after I was moved to the new listing tool it did not appear, so I had to open an existing listing and use "sell similar" to get it pre-filled. That seems to be fixed for me now but you may want to try that. Once the listing is started you can delete the pre-existing information and add the correct details.
