Per USPS website.
21+ days to deliver 1st class mail.
I currently have 5 packages lost some where between Texas & North East
No help from eBay or let's be honest seriously Looney post office.
So I figure I'm gonna eat 5 packages.
Which means close store after 15 years.

Open a Missing Mail search request on each item on the USPS website. That may get them moving again. Be sure to keep it touch with your buyers and let them know your working on the problem. But, if they open INR cases, you'll have to refund to avoid defects. Don't let any deadlines pass.

I envy ebay's sellers around the world; their post offices work perfectly.

This seems to be a big problem. I had packages picked up from my house, and the post office has no record of them. That has also happened with Fedex. No more pickups, we take everything to drop off centers and wait for receipts.

You present this as though eBay had some kind of control over USPS or was in any way responsible for the way USPS runs its business.
It doesn't.
I don't know how you think eBay would help with packages that are not moving through the USPS system.
Judging from your previous threads, you seem to have been unhappy selling on eBay for quite some time. It is certainly your prerogative to close your store.

ebay can help with the problem by extending the time for an INR case to be filed and paid out by the seller. But ebay is not doing that--it should be extended by 7 days because that is how far USPS is behind. Lots of small sellers cannot afford to refund and they will go under.

It is very simple, eb could extend EDD's and/or extend dates that INR's can be filed. Will agree most of this is USPS's problem. I just ended all of my listings and will wait until things return to some semblance of normality.
