I have sent out multiple packages since friday after thanksgiving. All priority mail. All of them up to today just show processed through the local USPS facilities, nothing more. have been getting messages from buyers wondering where there packages are. I tell them all the same thing, I am sure the shipment delays are because of the coronavirus. Just seeing if anyone else is seeing the same delays.

The USPS is so slow now, I kinda hope no one buys my stuff as it takes forever to get there. All my packages are delayed too, you are not alone.

Yes, it is rapidly turning into a disaster for us. We have multiple orders sitting in sorting centers for 7 days or longer. Seems the postal system is collapsing here in the Northeast.

Usps NOT EFFICIENT whatsoever right now. Don’t use them use another shipping service is you want your stuff to get there quick, not lost, no buyers screaming at you and most importantly, no INR’S AND FREE merchandise to people who cannot wait.

I feel bad for my buyers but nothing I can do. This is the first time ever seeing all packages with the same shipping delays.

I stopped months ago.

all of my items have been small, 1-2 lbs if that. not practical to use fedex or UPS if it is 1 lb.

Yeah,I sold/shipped something on the 14th first class which normally takes 3 days(also it's only 2 states over),it's been in transit since the 18th with no updates since then.and I also have a package I ordered now past a week late.usps is horrible right now.

Yep I'm having the same problem. Its a mess.

My priority mail shipments are literally being trucked across the US as evidenced by tracking scans. So much for air mail! Wonder if this is a fedex issue?

Shipping it's nuts and it doesn't make any sense right now. Had been waiting on a package for a week when it finally arrived in Las Vegas ( oh good I'll get it in the morning I thought) Well my package decided later that day it wanted to take a junket to RENO! Seriously, Reno? Then my package decided it really didn't like Reno so it came back to Vegas...its so crazy and I'm so glad I ceased selling back in March or my hair would be all pulled out and I would become an alcoholic!

No better here in the Midwest. I've got stuff going to Florida that is in Connecticut right now. Other items going to Arkansas first went to Pennsylvania, but to name a few. Others are sitting at hubs since near Thanksgiving. Seems like the postal service has just given up. It wouldn't be as bad if eBay would at least post something to buyers letting them know about these issues. I suppose they don't want to do that because that would curb holiday buying. So I guess the strategy is to keep the shipping delays on the down low so people will keep buying and then they can be angry at the sellers about delays...much better idea.
Oh, and by the way, I shipped one item, first-class with tracking on October 24th. The buyer complained about the delay and opened a case around Nov. 3rd. After no movement for weeks on the package from the hub here in Chicago, I refund him on November 9th. The package eventually showed "delivered" on November 19th! Buyer still said he never got it. I contacted ebay, and they told me that since I closed the case, that served as a contract between me and the buyer so I wasn't covered by "seller protection". Just an FYI. Next time, I'll let the case be escalated to ebay so that if they close it and it eventually shows up as delivered, at least I'll get my money back under the protection policy.

Thank you for the FYI I would of done the same thing and closed the case. I'm worried about the whole outcome of this mess and how it will affect us Sellers by the end of December.
