US Address - block shippping ?

Hi.

I have a US address in EBAY. Ebay stop me to buy this WW2 NAVY manual book: https://www.ebay.com/itm/235254481507

Im from Europe but have a US Address. What is going on?

If you switched to your European address for a previous purchase and made it your primary one, you have to go back to your Account page, select Addresses, and make the U.S. address your primary one to make the purchase if the seller does not ship to your country.

My primary address is still US that is the best thing 🙂 But my PayPal is registered in Euro. Maybe this is a clue?

Depending upon the nature of the World War II book, there are certain countries in Europe (Austria, France, Germany & Italy) which forbid the shipment of certain books.

Is your European address amongst one of those four countries?

Im from Poland. Here is any book restriction. I guess it is paypal address problem and registration out side of US. But still strange. I orderd a multiple US Military items this way.

It appears that due to certain category restrictions and the way it is listed, that item can only be sold to US users.

 I wish to know about "the way it is listed". I bought tons of WW2 US stuff w/o zero problems till now.

The eBay bots may have picked up the title and said no, cannot ship, "Restricted Material Book"

The eBay bots may have picked up the "issued by the office of the chief of navel operations, U.S. Navy"

And because your payment is not in US dollars, you are obviously not a US citizen.

It definitely hits the military exclusion category as it is a book on how to conduct warfare.
