Very confused i even screwed up and cancelled the label cause i thought i made a mistake. I choose UPS to ship my box then i get the rate and i continue to print it out. The label has printed on it UPS Surepost AND USPS Parcel Select. Very confusing and now i dont know where i need to drop this box off. The Post Office or the UPS Store

UPS Surepost is a less expensive ground option where UPS transports most of the way then hands it to USPS to deliver to the customer. This is why you see both UPS and USPS on the label. It is slower than using either carrier alone and since there are two carriers the risk of delay and damage can be higher. Insurance claims for damage are nearly impossible to get paid since both carriers will blame the other for the damage and deny the claim.
If you use UPS Surepost the package is dropped off at UPS since they are the first carrier to handle it.

Even though USPS shows up on the label, USPS is no longer involved in UPS Surepost or UPS Ground Advantage(New name).
UPS delivers end to end.
USPS is not involved.
Addendum: this changed January 1st, 2025.

Hi @bqbguitar . As lakefor94 said, USPS is no longer part of UPS Ground Saver (SurePost). The contract ended at the start of the year.
Not every label platform is up to date with getting rid of the USPS info from the labels.
Drop your UPS packages at UPS.
If you ever purchase a FedEx Ground Economy (SmartPost) label, which does sometimes transfer to USPS, those packages need to be dropped off at FedEx. If you drop off at USPS they will be seized and you won't get them back.
