Refund a Buyer?

Hello, 

 

I recently sold a sweater, and the customer claims that the package was lost. 

 

The buyer specifically states that the package was delivered to the buyer's parcel locker, but the mail carrier did not leave a key to open the locker. After three days, the buyer stated that he or she still does not have the key and called the post office, but the post office stated that the package was not able to be located and is persumably lost. 

 

The delivery shows as complete on my end. What should I do? It seems like if I refund, I have to pay for both shipping and the boosting cost.

Refund a Buyer?

If no claim is opened by the buyer...don't respond to their emails.

If a claim is open...download the tracking number.

And block this buyer.
