UPS Shipping adjustment

Hello, help please.    I shipped a golf driver via UPS, I weighed it and listed it at 38ozs.   UPS adjusted it to 44 lbs and charged me and extra $65.   Someone as UPS clearly fat fingered the lb button instead of ozs.   I can’t get anyone to help me.    Any ideas on how I can get my money back?

The package was probably too long.  Did you put in the correct dimensions?

Recheck the weight and dimensions you put in and also recheck the cost here:

Shipping goes by both weight and size.    Your package while not very heavy was too long and that is what incurred the extra charge.

You probably entered inaccurate dimensions & that caused the actual dimensional weight to be wrong.  Hence, UPS billed you for the difference of the correct dimensional weight less the weight you entered on the label.
