Safest way to ship from Japan internationally? Help please

Hello, I’m new here.

Sorry for my bad English. But I want to sell anime figures and stuff from Japan but I’m having problems on which international shipping service to choose. I wanted to use the safest international shipping method from Ebay; the one which provides the hassle free guarantee when you get refund requests but I can’t seem to find it in the international shipping options, only USPS and UPS? I read some articles about sending the item 1st at Ebay hub or something and they will handle all the rest, isn’t that option available when sending items from Japan?
I really need some help for this, I can’t seem to find any answers for this when asking Google Sensei.

Since this is the US site, probably not many know about shipping services from Japan.

You'd probably get more help from the Japan site.

Most of the posters here are from the US and are not familiar with the postal service in Japan.  You might want to go to the Japan postal site and see what international options they offer.

You can only ship through the eBay shipping programs if you are located in the US or the UK.

There is not an eBay site in Japan.

ebay international shipping is only available on US and UK platforms. Moreover, not all sellers qualify to meet the requirements of this program.  To mail your items abroad, you will have to use the services of your postal system.

EMS shipping via Japan Post works just fine for receiving items from Japan in the US. I have never once had a problem with anything that was shipped that way and I receive multiple packages from Japan per month.

Thank you so much for the reply everyone. I actually used the Japan Ebay site but when I tried to list my item, it automatically directs me to the US Ebay site.

I think that site is for information only, not for selling although I could be wrong.  If you list on .com the domestic shipping section on the listing page is always for shipping to the US. You would have to figure out what you want to charge for shipping to  the US. For the shipping service on the listing page you would use one of the “shipping from outside of the US” options.

Hello, I think this response is a little late, but I found your question after finding the same issue. 

The solution is that there is a dedicated Japanese sellers' portal within ebay, not linked to the ebay.com (US) one. 

If you check the messages in your account (around the time you signed up) there should be information in Japanese about this. 

You are required to submit documents before being allowed to sell, unlike the ebay.com account.
