UPS Overcharges

Been having issues with UPS shipping overcharges after delivery.

When shipping golf clubs, we have been using UPS and purchasing the labels on ebay, however, in some instances, the cost states around $9.00, and after delivery, we are charged $21.70. When packed, single golf clubs weigh between 2 & 3lbs, and typically we use a 4x4x40 box.

We have contacted ebay on all the overcharges, and UPS will not accept the claims.

If you have had the same issues with UPS, please contact ebay and voice your displeasure.

UPS Overcharges

Probably not a good idea to purchase UPS from eBay.  The price offered is only an estimate and you will be billed the actual cost later.

What Zip Code is the to and from?  I will check another provider of UPS services to see their rate.

UPS Overcharges

We are located in Florida and the overcharges are from different parts of the country along with Florida destinations.

Unfortunately because the labels are purchased through ebay, contacting UPS was fruitless and quite painful trying to get a person located in the USA to speak with in regards to this UPS thievery.

UPS Overcharges

Think I solved the Overcharge problem,  It's the UPS Store that is ZEROING Out the Label Data, when you get an eBay /UPS Shipping Label, they then re-enter and tack on extra charges, And NO it's not any Cheesy 1/4 of an inch on the box dimensions or any thing like that, so if you want Label price estimate to Hold, take your packages to the UPS Depot for drop off, "NOT THE UPS STORE"
