Trouble Generating Shipping Label for FPO address with Fedex or USPS

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if there is a specific format for FPO addresses for shipping?

I have a buyer with an FPO mailing address and the shipping label generator is not able to generate the label for some reason.  I've tried FedEx and USPS options.  Is there a proper format for FPO addresses?  Could an improper address be causing this issue?  

I haven't encountered this before and it's after hours for live support.  Just reaching out to the community in the meantime...

I don't think you can get one with FedEx.

With USPS it is easy. But you have to get the format right. Are you putting FPO in the area for city? and state will have either AA,AE, or AP.
