Transitioning First Class Items to Ground Advantage Help Please!

Hi Ebay Friends!

Im having a really difficult time with my store right now since the change from First Class shipping and Ground Advantage. Im not sure if anyone else is having this issue but when I look at my store from the buyers point of view it shows that my items which are listed under first class are now "Local Pick Up Only". I have over 4,000 items and don't know if theres a more efficient way to change shipping status or if ill have to go one by one and change the weight and dimensions. Thank you, happy selling!

I looked at 2 of your listings -

You have "free local pickup" AND "ground advantage"

I am not sure if there is an easy way to change your listings.

I have shipping policies set up and it was easy to change each policy.

Thank you for looking! I just had my daughter create an account on her phone and when she went to go buy an item it still gave the option for first class, is this okay to leave it as long as the buyer has a way to ship it?

According to this thread, it's okay until your GTC listings don't relist. Check Kyle's post #18.

I believe it's OK for 30 days since the July 9th changes per ebay. Start bulk editing and you will have them done before then. I'm doing it in my own way with bulk edit but it's not hard. Just takes bit of time and what needs to be changed. For me not all of mine need to be changed.

Unfortunately, I don't have business policies set up and my revisions took a good bit of time to complete.  I used the bulk editing tool and opened two tabs to help me select my 1st class listings.  Some I knew, some I looked up, and the more fatigued I became, some I guessed.  They probably aren't 100% correct, but they are mostly fixed.

Does anyone know what we do with international shipping in regards to USPS Ground advantage? I have my Wonderlister software to have first class package for domestic and also for international shipments. Will international first class package also be needed to be changed to Ground Advantage?

No, because Ground Advantage is strictly a domestic service.  International FC package service was not changed.
