For whatever reason, whenever I upload tracking as a seller, ( usually 4px ) the item will track up Until it enters the United States, once USPS, picks up the package to deliver it, tracking stops updating on eBay. Whats strange is, when I track the same tracking number through 4px and other tracking sites (17track, parceltrack etc) it’s able to show the entire tracking history.
I wouldn’t mind updating the courier to usps once it arrives in the US, however I have been flagged for lying about item location. ( when usps scans it, it marks it as the shipping created in the US not China ( listings all state will come from China))
lastly, when I connect services like 17track to eBay, eBay doesn’t Automatically update the items location so it looks as if I never sent an item.
Has anyone gone through something similar before or know a solution?
