label printing

been here 22 years,,,,,,,,,,labels not lining up properly.......printing starts 2" further down and starts printing on 2nd label.......any advice?

22 Years is a long time to wait for a label to print.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files (like the label) with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Make sure your printer preferences are set to the correct size paper, margins, and scale.

If still a problem, what OS, browser, and printer type are you using, with what size label?

You might not have change anything, but another app may have and did not restore your original settings, so you need to check as posted.

Does the label preview look correct?
