Sold a item. Printed out the shipping label and shipped it out as usual.
The customer contacted me today that she hasn't received the item and the tracking shows it was delivered yesterday to a po box NOT in her city.
The correct address was on Sheridan Ranch Circle in Plumas Lake, CA, 95961.
Tracking shows delivered to a PO box in Chico, CA, 95926.
Any idea how this happened?

I would call the Chico post office and see if they could help. I know our post office would at least try. We have the best post office on the planet is why I think this way. Andrew

The buyer did not change the shipping address.
She bought the last of that item so i don't have any more to send her. I gave her a full refund. Not her fault. I figured i would deal with ebay or the USPS for a refund instead of make the buyer do it.
UPDATE!
AFTER the package shows delivered to a Chico, CA po box, now the tracking shows it's on the move again. Perhaps to the correct address this time?
I have faith that if the buyer eventually receives it, she will pay me for it.

It is possible it was scanned incorrectly or another label got stuck to the package causing it to go the wrong way. I had a package bounce back and forth for a week because someone else's label got stuck to something I shipped.

The Postal Service makes a few mistakes once in awhile. I'm pretty sure your buyer will pay you for it.
