Tracking says: "Available for Returns Agent", What does it mean?

Question regarding attached tracking. I'll look at USPS site, but does anybody know the quick and dirty on what it means about return agent? Specifically, will my buyer still get this? Should I be doing anything?

If you are a drop shipper this might make sense; Or maybe FedEx???

This is for

" Parcel Return Service (PRS) and Bulk Parcel Return Service apply to parcels that are picked up in bulk by authorized permit holders or their agents."

Other wise a mistake I believe.

Well, I'm not those things, so bad mistake.

FIVE packages picked up from my residence on 9/11 all have the same tracking entry.  So you think ALL FIVE are still sitting at my local post office waiting for someone locally to pick them up.

Dang! Stung again by USPS package pickup "services."
