Hello,
I have sold a item and dispatched it. I put the tracking number on eBay but it is still showing as dispatched. When I go on to the Parcelforce website it is showing as delivered. It seems that there is no way to manually update the details on my item. Can anybody advise how this can be done please. I know I've got proof from Parcelforce but as far as I can see there is nothing stopping the buyer putting in a claim saying they never received it.

I don't see anything sold on this account you are posting from... not sure what Parcelforce is (I have never heard of it).
If you have put the tracking number on the order, and specified Parcelforce from the menu options, it may take time to update on Ebay?
If the buyer opens an INR, then add your Parcelforce tracking to the dispute and copy and paste the Parcelforce tracking information into the dispute as well.
Hope it works out for you. I personally only would use USPS, FedEx or UPS when I send things out, as I know those tracking services update pretty quickly with Ebay

Strange you do not see anything. It is a Gaming PC, sold a week ago.
Parcel Force is a postal service which is generally used for parcels in the UK on eBay. A similar service to UPS.
I cannot leave seller feedback or anything else while it is still showing as dispatched.
I sent it recorded and have proof of delivery so I will just have to see what happens.

I would try and UK forums as I think many here have never even heard of Parcel Force.
