Hello,
I am new to actually using EBay and was confused by how I can’t track my order. My order hasn’t been shipped and it’s been a week so I have no tracking #, I reached out to the seller who hasn’t contacted me at all yet. I am a bit concerned because of a review on their account that says they may have scammed someone in the past. Every time I try to put my order number in to the automated system for eBay it doesn't work. Another issue is I bought the item as a guest so there is no purchase history on my account. I don’t know what to do because the eBay order is expensive and I’ve given the person a week to start shipping it and they haven’t, I can’t even use the automated system to flag my order.

Sellers are not required to use tracking.
Sellers are not required to respond to messages.
Hopefully you still have the email of your purchase.
It is easier to use your account so you have the purchase info but you should be able to use the email for status.
If you have it find the last estimated delivery date and 1 day after that you can file a claim for item not received.

Sweet, I only included the messages part because eBay says to message the person before contacting eBay. Thank you though

Also, check on the handling time/vacation message on the listing. Sellers can state up to 45 business (!) days handling to process the package, this is per ebay terms. Check that part, maybe you didn`t see it when buying, so it might be nothing to worry about yet.
