Over charged postage

Hello, On the shipping that we save using eBay, what happens to it? I thought it was coming to the seller.

Over charged postage

The savings are reflected in the price your buyer pays for the item based on your shipping rules....

example (estimated numbers)...

Item is $30.00 (shipping in Flat Rate Medium Box)

You receive 47.10 ($30 + 17.10 - No Sales Tax on this sale)

RETAIL for  Medium Flat Rate Box is 17.10 (you charge the buyer)

EBAY charges you 14.00 for shipping through ebay labels when you buy it....

You have an "extra" 3.10 in your final because of the discount postage......

(I am using round numbers, no fees, or other charges)
