I ship lots of small envelopes just with stamps does E-bay count these as unshipped

They're counted by eBay as being shipped,   If you mark them in the sales record.

If you don't mark them,   eBay bots are going to drive you crazy with reminders.    

When you don't use tracking,   The sale does not count against the percentage that eBay uses to compute 

your on time sales in your sales metrics.

But,    You have to click "Shipped"    in the sales record.

It does count IF when the buyer leaves feedback they say that the shipment did or did not arrive by the estimated delivery time.  In my experience, most buyers don't fill that out.

Do these items qualify to ship via eBay's Standard Envelope?

Otherwise, if you do not have a tracking number, it is not considered shipped.

If you mark them as shipped they are considered as being shipped.

No tracking no delivery. This is plain and simple.

You know thousands read these boards: you just told folks that you do not use tracking:

Expect problems or start using tracking..
