Tips on shipping and insurance

I suggest the sellers take pictures of how they shipped items from start to finish in case seller throws out packaging and don't offer returns  Also add those pictures to buyers email with your notification of item shipped and tracking number for insurance purposes

Assuming you are thinking of an insurance claim, my experience with the USPS is that breakage/damage is rarely covered unless the external packaging can be shown to be compromised (e.g., crushed or punctured) ... this is a photograph AFTER delivery, rather than before delivery.
