QUESTION #1 : For how long can a Buyer keep an item in his/her possession with no complaints or notifications to the Seller and still have the right to demand a return directly from eBay ??......5 , 10 , 15, 20 , 25 , 30 , 35 days????...Is there an eBay specific time limit to start a "dispute"??.....I have not been able to find out after much navigation of the website......Thank you.
QUESTION #2 : How can a Seller who has received what he/she considers an uncalled for, damaging, negative feedback, request a feedback review DIRECTLY FROM eBay , NOT from the Buyer....Again, I have not been able to clarify this after much navigation.....Thank you.

As for the second part - when it is received is possible - however, the neg you got does not fall within the guidelines to have it removed as far as I know - call them to find out. 🙂

Simple -
1. Go the Help & Contact tab > top left corner of the Overview page .click on it
2. type in the search bar these word "return time" lines (or your other eBay issues)
3. you should get eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
4. Scroll down to
eBay Money Back Guarantee timelines
5. click on the blue circle w/white cross
6. Voila! Read away
7. Might have to do something similar w/PayPal - don't know procedure > never returned an item thru PayPal and probably never will.

Just want to clarify a few things:
My credit card issuer allows chargebacks to be filed within 60 days of the date of the statement on which the transaction appears--a far cry from one year.
Each consumer should check with his/her own credit card issuer to determine the length of time during which they can file a chargeback.

Slightly correct.
30 days from the last estimated delivery date with ebay
180 days of purchase with paypal
each credit card is different.
