Trying to buy to the Poland, but got this message instead. The country is in allowed list. Same happens to at least two items from different sellers.

So it turned out that you need to press "request combined shipping" and wait for seller confirmation in order to buy successfully. This looks like a ebay bug.

You are able to put the item in your cart but when you go to checkout you get the 'item doesn't ship' message?

Exactly, I can put item in the cart but when I press "Go to checkout" the page with error appears.

You've already changed your address to the one in Poland..right? It looks like the postal code in the screenshot is from Poland. It seems like that system thinks you want it sent to the Ukraine. Is your primary shipping address the one in Poland? You can check that here. https://settings3.ebay.com/address/display?type=SHIPPING
Other than that, I'm not sure what to suggest. I'm in Canada and even when Canada is blocked, I can go to checkout and change my address to one in the US so I'm not sure why you can't do the same.

I have only one adress in settings and it is Poland with correct postal code. I removed the dash symbol from post code just now, but in cart it still says 63-400. I have noticed that sometimes it takes some time for it to be updated everywhere in ebay system.

Your registration address is in the Ukraine at the moment:
If you are actually located in Poland now, then you may need to change your registration address to show your location in Poland instead of Ukraine.

Just changed to Poland and now the coutnry in profile shows correctly. However the issue remains the same. Maybe need to wait for some kind of ebay cache to be updated.

I have the same issue (only being located in the UK) and raised it with eBay support at least sixt times. No resolution, I simply cannot buy from the UK (where I live). The issue started with a new phone and then propagated across all my devices. I haven't changed any address or anything like that. Before I used to buy/sell on ebay for 7 years in the UK with no issues.
The peculiarities:
- I triple-checked all addresses to make sure all say London, UK
- the issues seems to be linked to Apple devices? ( I used two different iPhones and two different Macbooks to test, still the same issue)
- I tried using different browsers
- I used the same device (iPhone) but created a new Apple id and a brand new eBay user and still the same issue!!!
it is absolutely crazy! There must be some kind of deep caching in apple iOS / MacOS?

This has happened to me too, from two sellers and I live in mainland UK. Don't know what's going on.
