Hi all, I just want to share that I did get a full refund of my payment, shipping and return shipping fee through eBay.  I had purchased a NAD item and the seller dragged out every step of the process.

So to give buyers of NAD items hope, hang in there.  And remember, don't make the mistake I made and allow the seller to tell you that they have no way of producing a return shipping label or paying you ahead of time for shipping. Notify eBay if they try to pull that one.

Sorry to hear of your difficulty with returning an NAD item.

While the lion's share of sellers here are honest, hardworking folks, it only takes one less than stellar seller to leave a sour taste in a buyer's mouth.

eBay does have strong buyer support - if you know how to find it and use it.
