Technical Error with Return Label

I recently bought something as a guest on Ebay even though I have an account with the same email. I was sent the wrong item so I asked to return it. I've received an email with the linked to get my return shipping label but every time I click on it it asks me to log in. I ended up logging in on multiple different accounts and every time it says I can't access this shipping label because of "technical issue". I've tried so many times and I don't know what to do since I have to ship this item back before a certain date or I won't get my refund !!!!

Try clearing your browser's cache and try the link again.

You should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:

Make sure browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.

If the label is printing blank:

When the return label print window opens, do not use the PRINT button at the bottom of the page. Instead click on the ">>" at the upper right of the window and either use the Print or Save option there.

If none of the above helps, you will have to call ebay to email you a copy of the label.

When printing a guest order return label, you must first sign out of your current eBay account before using that link, since the guest order is not connected to your eBay account.
