First, I'm okay with shipping to freight forwarding in general and understand buyer protection ends once the item reaches the reshipper, but I'm a bit wary about a specific address from a recent purchase. It's Dnipro LLC in Roselle, NJ. The first thing that comes up in a web search is a dozens upon dozens of accounts of scams associated with this particular address. Some involving people's accounts being hacked.
The buyer has positive feedback, however, so I'm wondering if this is just a case of a few bad actors and the internet blowing it out of proportion or if I should be wary about shipping? Has anyone had positive experiences shipping to this particular freight forwarder? Pretty much all I'm seeing is negative ...
Thank you!

oh good. Not sure what you mean by accounts being hacked to purchase items to ship thru this ff? I would imagine that could happen with any ff, shouldnt affect you.

All buyers have positive feedback, as thats all sellers can give them..for a long time now. I would say..you sold, now you ship. Ive actually seen horrible feedback on most of the freight forwarders. When I used to sell internationally, I never had a problem with any of them.

Is this for the $300 laptop? I hope it gets there in one piece..

I go on a case-by-case basis with freight forwarders. All of my listings say no freight forwarding. I have not had any trouble selling tools through these services, but I have had trouble with items like electronics, phones, speakers, etc. This type of item is a magnet for scammers.
If I was you I would cancel the transaction because "there is a problem with the buyers address". I personally am not afraid of negative feedback, but if they buyer leaves you negative feedback for canceling I believe eBay will remove the -feedback since the buyer did not use eBays "Global shipping program"

Nope! That item has been delivered and positive feedback received fortunately. 🙂
It’s an old PC laptop that isn’t trendy to collect, so very small profit on it. The loss wouldn’t be that significant at all monetary wise on the item. It’s more the reports of users’ accounts being hacked to purchase items to ship through this freight forwarder that has me a bit wary.
