Will  the Standard Shipping Envelope for trading cards qualify for use with  ebay's Global Shipping Program?

I don't see why it wouldn't, but will the card be protected enough for the international journey. Also, usually low cost items are not a good fit for the GSP program.

Since it relies on automatic sorting machines, once it leaves the USPS system, I don't think it will continue being tracked. I guess you can follow it to Kentucky, though. Etsy has been offering this service for a while so I guess you could check it out over there.
