Will the Standard Shipping Envelope for trading cards qualify for use with ebay's Global Shipping Program?

I'm having the same issue, uploading pics from an Android to a PC, refreshing the page works.

I'm having loading issues on the overview page. I have to refresh the page multiple times before it loads. I use Microsoft Edge.

eBay is aware of the issue, they are working on it. Yesterday, I had customer service remove those items. now new ones are up.
