Anyone else use Stamps.com for their postage? I have used them for years, and other then a couple of times they were down, as happens sometimes, I have been pleased. This one is just weird, though.
Shipped out 4 items on Mar 15. Today I received a message from one of those buyers that his package is showing "Delivered" IN FEBRUARY. I checked the other 3 items and sure enough, they all show as delivered at various times before they were even shipped out, one in January.
Stamps can't explain how tracking numbers were re-used, post office says "It shows delivered". So I guess it's a matter of waiting and hoping that the packages will be delivered.
It looks like it was just on Mar 15, so if you use them as well, you might want to check your tracking numbers

I have not had any problems with stamps.com, even with 3/15 shipments. Most likely the carrier mistakenly or accidentally scanned items as delivered instead of as accepted.

I've been using Stamps.com for years with no issues.
A year ago March, I had 5 packages all shipped the same morning that were all scanned as 'delivered' about 6 hours later. It was a headache and took a couple three days, but the solution was that the USPS Postal person made a mistake when he/she removed all packages from the blue USPS mailbox that day. It was a simple human error.
Thankfully, all of my buyers were patient and everything was resolved.
Stamps.com only monitors the USPS system and relays the tracking info. Stamps.com has no control over how (or when) a package is scanned.
Your issue needs to be resolved with USPS, not Stamps.com.
I will admit, that with my problem, I went to the USPS website and opened a 'find my mail' case for each package. (It 'does' work BTW for missing packages). By the next morning all 5 packages tracking information were corrected and showed that all were 'in transit'.
You may want to try this if your buyers are getting impatient. But the blame is not on Stamps.com
Good luck!
