Stamps.com missing Guaranteed Delivery Dates for Express Orders

Has anyone else noticed that Stamps.com has removed the GDD Guaranteed Delivery Date for Priority Express mail orders in February 2024.

This missing information makes it nearly impossible to know what the Guaranteed Delivery date was supposed to be so you can refund the customer and be reimbursed by USPS.

I have nearly 15 calls into Stamps.com with no resolution.

We have between $200-$300 monthly that we would get reimbursed for late deliveries, but now with this information missing we have no way of knowing what's late.

We have been using Stamps.com since 2010, this feature was always available.

Honestly, I did not notice since I use Express service so infrequently. Aside from continuing to contact stamps.com CS (or switching to a different postage provider) I don't have any suggestions short of manual tracking - which is painful, but at that volume ($200-300 / mo) may be worth it. Download a daily report of your stamps.com labels and add a column to manually add in the Express GDD.

Sorry I don't have more advice to offer here. It stinks when a platform you rely on takes away a feature you rely on.

It may not be the fault of Stamps.com, so check with USPS first.  I know they have removed the "guarantee" and now phrase it something like "estimated" for delivery on some package types.  Whether this includes Express or not, I do not know because I've never used Express and therefore don't pay attention to that.

It would be wise to check USPS.com though to find out what they say for delivery times, because obviously your postage supplier cannot guarantee something that the actual service does not guarantee.
