Trying to combine 2 sales. Bulk shipping tool won't save the package size. I left it empty upon creating the listing because it wasn't large enough to matter. Any ideas on how to fix this one?

On the seller hub orders page there should be something that says-
+ Add tracking
Right below the title/item number of the purchase.

This started last night again. It was fixed last week for me at least. Every manually combined order has an error message in bulk shipping. I left them uncombined and used one of the sale to create the shipping label. Then copy and pasted the tracking info on the items that were already shipped.

Did the same thing. It's a simple work around, but how great would it be if the Bulk Shipping tool worked correctly?
Anyone at eBay want to weigh in on this one?

See my thread by the same title in "selling" board. I pasted it there when this board was very inactive this afternoon. brian at ebay said it is a known tech issue, unresolved.
Now after combining and shipping via paypal the second order has not processed the tracking number. I did use bulk shipping at Paypal, so I don't see what the new problem is and why the second order didn't populate via paypal like the first order did.
So, how do I add the same tracking number now via ebay orders yet to be fulfilled? I don't see how to add it anywhere on hub order page.

running into the same problem and had to drop/delete the second order and tag the tracking to the uncombined shipment.
same issues here
