Sounds like an elementary question, I know but how do I process a full refund for a buyer? I completely didn't check the expiration date on what I was selling - an honest oversight but a big DUH. I went to ship it and thankfully saw it. I contacted the buyer right away and promise a full refund but I can't find anywhere where it tells me how to process a full refund. The funds aren't in my account yet because I am newer seller and ebay is holding them but I want to get it to them right away. I hope this all makes sense!

You have to click on the arrow next to the item under sold items. There should be an option to cancel and when you do so, a full refund will be issued.
