Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.

Just wondering how many other people can't purchase shipping labels today. I have tried all method, bulk shipping, three different browsers, and my phone, each time I am giving this dreadful message. Contact an ebay agent, little to no help. Couldn't explain why or how. Just told me to do steps I already tried. My guess is this has to do with the new UPS thing ebay added, and there is a piece of code missing or something. However, FedEx isn't work either. I will try again tomorrow contacting ebay tomorrow and escalating my call to tier two support.

I've had the same issue all day. Could not ship any of my packages out today.

I printed 5 (usps) today about 3 hrs ago.

This happens once in a while and the best thing to do is:

Wait 10 seconds and do it again. 

If it persists, wait 30 minutes and do it again.

Been trying to print since 8 a.m. I try every couple hours, no-go every time.

What carrier were you trying to use? I was able to print 5 USPS labels just fine earlier this afternoon.
