Sold an item however my shipping address was outdated

I tried voiding the original print and tried getting a new one but my new address didn’t carry over. I contacted the buyer just to make sure they’d know of the situation. I had sent the package anyway and hopefully it should arrive, haven’t received any updates on the tracking though, should I be worried?

If you want to change the return address on your shipping label, you must use the "Edit" link which appears on the label prep page.

Your package will probably be delivered without issues.  However, if the old address was not close to the ZIP Code from which you mailed the package you might find an adjustment of the shipping cost on your account in a couple of weeks (either a postage due fee or perhaps a credit).

You need to review all of the addresses on your account to make sure not on your ship from address, but also that your return address, registration address, shipping address, and location on your listings are all correct @calliastria .

First go to this page under your account settings and update all relevant address fields. The next time you go to print a label, click on edit next to your ship from address on the right side of the page to make sure the updated address is showing before you purchase the label.

Don't forget to update the location on your listings. Go to your active listings page in seller hub, select all listings, click the edit button in the menu above your listings. From there you can use the bulk editor to change the ship from zip code on your listings to ensure accurate rates when calculated shipping is used.

I've been selling over 20 years and never receive tracking updates, you have to seek them out yourself.
