Hi all,
I get an error when trying to purchase the lable to PR; The shipping to address contains invalid or missing fields. Please amend this and buy your label.
**I messaged the buyer but they have not responded.
This is exactly what the address looks like, omitting buyer's name:
calle colirubia #114 urb. villa los pescadores
vega baja, puerto rico, 00693
They put the country as Puerto Rico and of course I can't change that.
**I do have a Pirate Ship account, but I don't speak or read spanish, have never shipped to PR before and am hesitant to ship if I don't have the address format correct.
It's not a super expensive item, $30 and the buyer paid $10.42 in shipping
Advice please
Thanks so much

Split up the address on different lines. Using the USPS address look up tool here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress
The correct format is:
URB VILLA LOS PESCADORES <-- address line 1
[number] CALLE COLIRUBIA <-- address line 2
VEGA BAJA, PR [zip]
If you still get errors then you'll need to cancel using the reason problem with address and the buyer will need to correct their address before re-purchasing.

A lot of Puerto Rico addresses exceed the maximum allowable number of characters per line ... eBay doesn't sanity check this when a buyer is entering their address. To adjust, I do one of two things:
Never had a problem.
In your case, the form of the address is
urb. villa los pescadores <<< Neighborhood (urbanization)
calle colirubia #114 <<< Street followed by House number (Spanish layout)
vega baja, puerto rico, 00693 <<< City, State, Zip
The urbanization is very important in Puerto Rico addressing because they allow duplicate street names between neighborhoods.
