I hope I'm not misunderstanding this, but Nobody's Perfect's post made me go in and revise some of my items. I stopped offering parcel select back when the dimensional rates were added to them too. So now that isn't always the case since January 9? I also thought ebay had removed the ability to print parcel select labels. Has all of this changed now? I have a few bigger items that just won't sell because of my shipping costs.

I just revised one of my listings where the box was over a cubic foot and it dropped dramatically. So they removed the dimensional rate increase from Parcel Select? I want to make sure I'm not messing up here before I revise more of my listings.

USPS policy for "dimensional weight" still applies to all packages over 1 cubic foot which are shipped via Priority Mail, Retail Ground, or Parcel Select Ground.
The new weight-based rates for Parcel Select Ground are lower than before. So shipping a 12-pound package to Zone 8 now costs $20.26 via Parcel Select and $41.10 at online Priority rates, regardless of whether that 12 pounds is based on dimensional weight or actual scale weight.
You can compare the rates using eBay's shipping calculator. When you choose "eBay" rates, it will show you the online rate for Priority Mail, but it shows the rates for both Parcel Select Ground and Retail Ground separately.

The first listing I revised was over a cubic foot and the cost cross country dropped from $77. To $28. which is great. What was the deal recently where eBay was fazing out the ability to print parcel select? Is that back to the old way too? I don’t know my way around the rates like you do.

AFAIK, Parcel Select Ground labels are still not available through eBay for most sellers. One staff member mentioned that they're still accessible for Top Rated Sellers.

I buy my postage through Pirateship. They have always had parcel select available (to everyone - not just TRS).
BUT I have never found them to be the cheapest. UPS routinely beats the parcel select price. And they are quicker.
