Hi,

I bought a car part and the seller ship the item for skypostal and now its hold for duties payment but I cant pay it cause I dont have a link or email where to pay.. what can i do? someone was able to pay the duties?

@anipiz_15  Payment must be made to the Customs Service of Chile. This link has the portal to pay online. Look for Methods of Payments 

Of Customs Duties.

They don't  need to call they can do it online. I gave them the link.
