So this was a error on my part, i must have either forgotten to replace the weight after listing the product or messed up when i print out the label. So the buyer got his item and paid for the shipping rate. I remember i had it listed as 7.5 pounds. After looking back at the info the buyer paid 8 dollars for shipping which i think I had set it as (still new to selling). I end up paying 9 for the label but he said that i had it listed at one pounds on the listing but said the shipping was paid wrong and that the product is 7 pounds not one which i agree that it was around that. So I am confused right now on the situation. Like do I pay him for the 6 pounds he didnt pay for or what do i do? You like and learn, I will start routinely check for weights and shipping now before and after now.

Did the package arrive postage due requiring the buyer to pay the difference for USPS to deliver it?
If the answer is yes, I'd ask the buyer for a photo of the postage due slip or USPS receipt, then I would send them $$ for the additional shipping they had to pay the carrier.

As noted in the other post, if the buyer had to pay Postage Due to ransom his package, then you should refund that money.
BUT most underpaid postage is caught by USPS's Automated Package Verification (APV) system, and any underpayment would automatically be charged to the sender's account. So do ask for proof if he claims that he had to pay USPS to get his package.
