I am seling an item weighing 2.5 pounds to a buyer in PR. The calculated shipping price is charging her $51 for Ground Advantage. When I enter the shipping details in the calculator, it is showing about $13.00. What do I do?

Without seeing exactly how the shipping is set up in the listings, cant say why. But Puerto Rico is considered domestic shipping when using USPS. Do you offer other carrier service that maybe the buyer is selecting which might consider it international?
If in fact the shipping cost is $13, you can message the buyer saying that any overcharge could be refunded to them afterwards.

I don't believe GA is asking for that.
Ask for a screenshot.
You are probably using eis for pr.

You don’t mention the size of the item. The shipping cost for Ground Advantage is based not only on weight and distance, but also on the item’s dimensions. Are you figuring that in your calculations?
For more help here, please also provide the size of the boxed item.

Hi @davlinschneider . For help with things like this, it's best to provide the item number along with package weight and dimensions when asking your question.
