Sorry to bother, but recently buying from eBay from Puerto Rico is impossible because they consider us as international instead as domestic by USPS. Shipping charges are incredible high. In some cases 4 to 5 times the cost of the product or more. USPS charge the same price for Puerto Rico and to Orlando. Just check USPS. All my friends etc stop buying from eBay and buying from Amazon because the shipping charges. eBay and sellers are loosing sales etc. And there is no way to speak to a person to explain the situation. Hope don't go the same as Sears, Kmart and others. Hope is not a discrimination situation.
thanks for reading

Didn't you know? Puerto Rico is now an international destination for packages from the mainland.... that is according to the Gods at Ebay. The rest of us are well aware that the international shipping rates are killing our sales. You have no idea how many sellers are happy to ship internationally to Uzbekistan, while they are scared to death of shipping to Puerto Rico. As you know us island dwellers rely of online shops and other sources for merchandise we cannot buy directly on the island in part because of the Jones Act. Don't feel discriminated against though - Ebay also considers the US Virgin Islands in the same league... only they don't have 3,000,000 American Citizens living on that island.
