A customer recently purchased 100+ routers totaling over 300 pounds. They cannot accept freight so I need to FedEx them the routers but I'm at a loss on how to create multiple boxes within the eBay shipping options.
It was originally 3 orders but a coworker condensed into a single order.
How would I go about turning it into 3 separate orders with perhaps 5 boxes.
Thanks.

I can't help you with FedEx, I will not use them and I avoid sellers that use them.
I do see a lot of complaints about getting HUGE overinflated bills from sellers that use FedEx through eBay so you may want to poke around this board a bit before purchasing labels.
As someone that does occasionally sells large multi box lots shipping them through USPS is easy. Go to your sale page and put in the weight and measurements for your first box (I try to keep them under 1 cubic foot, to avoid dimensional weight surcharges). Put this in and print the first label, click on the box that says 'Do you want to print another label for this order?' rinse and repeat till all your boxes are labeled. I also mark each as 1 of 5, 2of 5, 3 of 5, ect. just in case the boxes get separated and arrive on different days. This lets the buyer know that the order is not complete until all boxes arrive.
Logically FedEx shipping should work the same way but I can't say I have only shipped (all returns to Verizon) with pre-paid labels 3 out of the 4 packages never arrived. Now I am sitting here with inventory waiting for over $200 worth of .925 jewelry findings that should (per the listing) have been shipped USPS but the seller shipped FedEx. At first FedEx claimed delivery Nov 8th but when I asked for a more detailed delivery point (GPS) all of a sudden they can't find any record of the package at all.

Open your own FedEx account and ship yourself. Otherwise, ebay is the shipper of record and you can not deal directly with the carrier for errors or problems, which FedEx is often prone to.
Make sure you box these types of items in securely in heavy walled boxes and tape all seams and in all directions.

@dataknox.solutionsWe use fedex a lot. I have shipped a large, heavy order that required 7 labels. If you don't have a Fedex account, you can create one, as suggested. I'm not sure how ebay proceeds with sellers who don't have a fedex account. You might want to contact ebay and ask if the fedex cost is charged to your Paypal or your bank card. Otherwise, you can take the boxes to fedex and have them print the shipping labels. Make sure no box weighs more than 50 pounds as they will then charge you $24 for each box over 50 pounds. They also upcharge if delivering to a residence instead of a business. We have had them add $20 to all 4 boxes because they went to the same house and not a business. Ebay refuses to calculate the added residential fee, but they insist on offering it one line item on the shipping menu. You can upload the tracking on numbers on ebay. Just keep clicking Add another until they don't offer any more. I always message the buyer on ebay with all the tracking numbers so you both have them. If you can ship on ebay using Fedex, make sure you check with Fedex and compare their pricing and ebay's so you get the best price. Good Luck!
